艾迪注射液联合放化疗在中晚期宫颈癌根治术后的疗效及对细胞免疫功能、炎症因子水平的影响艾艳敏,周玉芝,石文艳湖北文理学院附属谷城医院妇产科,湖北襄阳441700摘要目的研究艾迪注射液联合放化疗在中晚期宫颈癌根治术后的疗效及对细胞免疫功 能、炎症因子水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年2月到2020年2月期间在湖北文理学 院附属谷城医院妇产科行中晚期宫颈癌根治术后的80例患者的诊疗情况。根据术后治疗方 法不同分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者进行常规放化疗,研究组患者在对照组 的基础上联合艾迪注射液治疗,在治疗前和治疗1.5个月后分别记录两组患者生活质量评分、 CD3 CD4 CD8 CD4+CD8 NK细胞免疫功能指标、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏 死因子- (TNF- )、高敏C-反应蛋白(HS-CRP)炎症因子水平以及治疗后效果和不良 反应情况。结果治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治 疗后,两组患者生活质量评分均明显升高,且研究组患者生活质量评分为(53.1±6.3)分, 明显高于对照组的(43.7±5.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) ,治疗前,两组患者CD3+、 CD4 CD8 CD4+CD8 NK细胞免疫功能指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治 疗后,两组患者cd3 cd4 CD4+CD8 NK指标均有明显上升,且研究组患者cd3 CD4+、CDJ/CD8+、NK指标分别为(72.1±8.3)% (38.4±6.1 )% (1.9±0.6)%、(33.1+5.5)%, 明显高于对照组的(67.3+7.9) %、(35.5±5.8) %、(1.6±0.8) %、(26.2+6.1) %, CD8* 指标均明显下降,且研究组患者CDg+指标为(24.4±4.2)%,明显低于对照组的(27.9±3.8)%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 0治疗前,两组患者IL-6、TNF-a、HS-CRP炎症因子水平相 比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者IL-6、TNF-a、HS-CRP炎症因子水 平均明显降低,且研究组患者IL-6、TNF-a、Hs-CRP炎症因子水平分别为(16.4±3.2) pg/ml、(0.5±0.2) PgZm1、(114.7±11.3) mgl,明显低于对照组的(24.6±3.5) pg/mR (0.8±03) pg/mk (142.4±1L7) mgl,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率为70.0%, 明显高于对照组的42.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 0两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率 分别为7.5%和10.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05) o结论艾迪注射液联合放化疗在中晚 期宫颈癌根治术后的疗效显著,可有效提高患者术后生活质量,有利于改善患者细胞免疫功 能和术后炎症状况,具有临床应用价值,值得推广。【关键词】宫颈癌;根治术;艾迪注射液;放化疗;细胞免疫功能;炎症因子Effect of Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy andchemotherapy on cellular immune function and inflammatoryfactors in patients with advanced cervical cancer after radicaloperationAI Yanmin, Zhou Yuzhi, Shi WenyanDepartment of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Gucheng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Arts and science, Xiangyang, Hubei, 441700Abstract Objective: To study the curative effect of Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer after radical operation and its influence on cellular immune function and inflammatory factors. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of 80 patients with advanced cervical cancer after radical surgery in obstetrics and Gynecology of Gucheng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Arts and Sciences from February 2018 to February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively, according to different postoperative treatment methods, they were divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group, the patients in the control group were treated with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy, while the patients in the study group were treated with Aidi Injection on the basis of the control group. Before and after 1.5 months, the quality of life scores, cd3+, cd4+, cd8+, cd4+cd8+, NK cell immune function index, IL-6, TNF , hs CRP inflammation were recorded, the level of factors, the effect and adverse reactions after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups (P > 0.05),after treatment, the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly increased, and the quality of life score of the study group was (53.1 ± 6.3) points, which was significantly higher than (43.7 ± 5.6) points of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in CD3+, CD4+, CD8+,CD4+CD+, NK cell immune function between the two groups (P > 0.05),after treatment, the indexes of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + Z CD8 +, NK in the two groups were significantly increased, and the indexes of CD3 CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, NK in the study group were (72.1 ± 8.3)%, (38.4 ± 6.1)%, (1.9 ± 0.6)%, (33.1 ± 5.5)%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (67.3 ± 7.9)%, (35.5 ± 5.8)%, (1.6 ± 0.8)%, (26.2 ± 6.1 )%,the CD8 + index of the study group was (24.4 ± 4.2)%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (27.9 ± 3.8)%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6, TNF - , hs CRP and inflammatory factors between the two groups (P > 0.05),after treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF - and hs CRP in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the levels of IL-6, TNF - and hs CRP in the study group were (16.4 ± 3.2) pg / ml, (0.5 ± 0.2) pg / ml, (114.7 ± 11.3) mg / L, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (24.6 ± 3.5) pg / ml, (0.8 ± 0.3) pg / ml, (142.4 ± 11.7) mg / L, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the total effective rate of the study group was 70.0%, which was significantly higher than 42.5% of the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 7.5% and 10.0%, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy has a significant effect after radical resection of advanced cervical cancer.
