Assist the Security Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve on facility security policies that safeguard all pany assets, shipments and personnel. 2. Conduct periodic and ad hoc security audits and security assessments to ensure full pliance to all security policies, procedures and initiatives.3. Assist the Security Manager to manage the security function for District - with special attention to Gateway Branch- and all internally or externally contracted security personnel to ensure the security of pany asset including staff and shipments assigned to the pany.4. Conduct investigations into suspected, known and reported breaches of pany security by staff, vendors or contractors against DHL, without fear or favor and with the utmost confidentiality.5. To assist the Security Manager proactively and regularly review and highlight all aspects of DHL's operations which may pose a threat to pany assets6. Implementing and coordinating all activities related to BPO instruction and processes including: a. Review, maintenance and control all SOP issued by Security Departmentb. Review, maintenance and control all SOP issued by other departmentc. Conduct TAPA audit and to ensure pliance of TAPA security requirementsTo ensure all quality documents being properly filled up, file, maintenance and dispose in accordance to the established ISO proceduresQualifications, Skills, petencies and ExperienceQualifications- A diploma or a degree in any field. Preferably someone with a background in Freight Forwarding operations or an investigative and prosecution background who has served- With the Police Those without security experience but able to administer and controlling security team are encouraged to applySkills- puter literacy in Microsoft applications Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English Travel will be required (25%) Work Location: Shanghai PVG.BJS Office
