It is understood that Seller shall notbe liable for any discrepancy of goods shipped due to causes fbr which the Insurance Company,Shipping Company, and other transportation organizations and/or post offices are liable.(12)不可抗力：由于人力不可抗拒的事故，使卖方不能在合同规定的期限内交货，卖方不承担责任，但卖方应立即以电邮或传真通知买方，如买方提出要求，卖方应以挂号函向买方提供证明上述事故存在的证据。Force Majeure： The Seller shall not be held responsible if they owing to Force Majeure causes ifthey fail to make delivery within the time stipulate in the Contract or cannot deliver the goods,however, in such a case, the Seller shall inform the Buyer immediately by telex or fax and, if it isrequested by the buyer, shall alse deliver to the Buyer by registered post a certificate attesting theexistence of such a cause of causes.(13)仲裁：凡因执行本合同或有关本合同所发生的一切争议，双方应协商解决，如果经协商不能得到解决，应提交北京中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，根据该委员会的仲裁程序规则进行仲裁，该委员会的裁决始终局的，对双方都有约束力。Arbitration： Any dispute arising from the execution of, or in connection with, this Contract shouldbe settled through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached, the case shall then besubmitted to China International the Commission Provisional Rules of Procedure.
