3、一-0.601.201020注:玻璃器皿未标注级别的按B级处理。3、校准项目3. 1外观检查。3.2容积及刻度。4、校准环境及校准器具4.1校准环境:校准工作应在室内进行,环境温度为(255)C,相对湿度不大于85%,校准现场应洁净,周围无影响校准结果的振动、污染、腐蚀性气体。4.2校准器具:4. 2.1电子天平:量程200g,分度值0.001g.4.2. 2电子天平:量程2000g,分度值0.O1g.4. 2.3标准温度计:量程不小于50,精度0.1.5、校验规程4.1 外观检查:按照本方法2.1条要求进行目测检查。5. 2容积及刻度校准:容积不大于IOOm1的量具校准称量时选用0.OO1g
4、的电子天平;容积大于IOOm1的量具校准称量时选用0.O1g的电子天平。5.2.1移液管、容量瓶的校准:(1)将校准所要用的器具、蒸储水等提前放到校准环境中恒温;称量已经烘干并恒重的三角瓶质量。(2)往移液管或容量瓶中加入蒸储水至刻度线处。(3)将移液管或容量瓶中的蒸储水定量放入已经量过的三角瓶中,称量三角瓶和蒸储水的总质量;同时用标准温度计测量试验用蒸储水的温度。(4)根据校准所用蒸储水质量(In)和测定水温所对应的K(t)值(见表506-2、表506-3),计算所校准移液管或容量瓶在20时的实际容量V20=mXK(t)0同样方法测量3次,取平均值。5.2.2滴定管的校准:(D将校准所要用的
5、器具、蒸储水等提前放到校准环境中恒温;称量已经烘干并恒重的三角瓶质量。(2)往滴定管中加入蒸储水至最上面的“0”刻度线处,静置2min后调整水面至“0”刻度线处。(3)按照滴定管的最大量程分成五等份,依次放出蒸储水至三角瓶中,称量每次放出蒸储水和三角瓶的总质量;同时用标准温度计测量校准用蒸储水的温度。(4)采用5.2.1(4)相同方法确定所校准容积。同样方法测量3次,取平均值。5.2.3量筒的校准:(1)将校准所要用的器具、蒸储水等提前放到校准环境中恒温;称量已经烘干并恒重的量筒质量。(2)按照量筒的最大量程分成五等份,依次加入蒸储水至量筒对应的刻度线处,称量量筒和蒸储水的总质量;同时用标准温
