2、历史和最新趋势,了解经典的测量理论以及现代测量理论,能够运用信度和效度等技术指标对测验进行比较、评价和选择,掌握常用的心理测验的使用技能,初步学会心理测验量表的编制,以及能够将测验灵活运用于具体的工作实践中,为以后的工作打好基础。课程的基本要求通过本课程的教学,要求学生了解心理测量发展的历史,心理测量发展的最新趋势,了解心理测量学的基本理论,如经典测验理论,了解测量误差的来源,以及能够根据测量误差的来源较好地减少测量误差。理解各种信度和效度的概念和计算方法以及运用这些信度和效度时应注意的问题等,理解影响信度、效度的因素以及如何根据这些影响因素来提高测验的信度和效度。要求学生掌握项目难度和区分度
3、的概念和计算方法,能够对测验进行项目分析,要求学生理解有关项目分析的理论。理解原始分数、导出分数、常模、离差智商等概念。此外,通过常用的测验的介绍和各种心理测验的使用实验,使学生掌握几种常用的心理测验的使用技能,了解心理测验主试应该具有的资格,测验的选择、施测、评分和解释等一系列测验使用的知识,学会使用常用的心理测验,如智力测验和人格测验等。各章节授课内容、教学方法及学时分配建议(含课内实验)第一章:Anoverview建议学时:2教学目的与要求Understandingthedefinition,nature,theoretica1basisofmeasurementandtesting;t
