1、毕业设计中文摘要玉米籽粒收获脱粒装置设计摘要玉米作为我国第二大农作物,其脱粒效率对玉米产量影响很大。目前国内外已有的大型玉米收获机不适合小型农业生产,大型一体化机器开进农田,会造成土地压实,且玉米的破碎率较高。针对这一问题,本文已结合挤搓式和差速式脱粒装置的优点,对现有的中小型玉米脱粒装置的滚筒结构进行改进。设计一个主要由入料斗、滚筒、电动机和V带组成的玉米籽粒脱粒收获装置。该设计主要对漏斗和滚筒结构进行设计。工作时人工从入料口投入玉米,使玉米滑入脱粒区。在脱粒区,滚筒上的钉齿对玉米进行挤搓和摩擦,同时滚筒与凹板形成差速,进而完成脱粒。对入料斗进行设计,改进其结构,防止一次性投入过多装置卡死。
2、对脱粒区进行设计时,改变滚筒结构,将钉齿设计为齿板结构,以便于设计伸缩结构,采用齿轮齿条控制,带动螺纹传动,从而实现齿的伸缩控制。该装置设计的小型玉米脱粒装置,适合于小型农业生产,可以满足对不同直接的玉米脱粒,具有净脱率高、效率高的特点,同时伸缩齿以降低破损率。价格实惠,操作简便,农民愿意接受。关键词:破损率;挤搓式;挤压;滚筒毕业设计英文摘要Design of corn threshing and harvesting deviceAbstractAs the second largest crop in China, threshing efficiency of maize has a
