1、毕业设计中文摘要番茄苗期株间除草机结构设计与分析摘要为了保护环境,促进自动化农业和绿色可持续发展,本文设计了一种适用于番茄苗期的株间除草机。本文在对国内外除草机械研究现状分析的基础上,根据田间除草的任务要求,提出了除草机的整体设计方案。株间除草机大体包括移动平台和除草机构两部分。重点设计移动平台的传动系统与转向机构,通过对除草过程进行作业分析确定移动平台采用逐行往返式作业模式,为实现在农田间稳步向前行走设计一套传动系统,为解决除草设备在农田间的转向问题设计一套梯形转向结构。根据植株行距株距、幼苗高度等确定自走式车辆本体的主要技术参数,通过理论分析确定转向机构的结构参数。为实现精准化除草作业,采
2、用Delta并联机构作为主要除草部件,保证除草精度。通过对并联机构进行运动学分析,确定其主要尺寸参数,再对执行器末端进行空间模拟验证其参数是否满足除草作业要求。关键词:株间除草;并联机构;梯形转向机构毕业设计英文摘要Structure Design and Analysis of Interplant WeedingMachine in Tomato Seedling StageAbstractIn order to protect the environment, promote automated agriculture and greensustainable development,

Based on the analysis of the research status of weeding machinery at home andabroad, this paper puts forward the overall design plan of the weeding machine accordingto the task requirements of field weeding. The inter-plant weeder

5、tion mode. A transmission system is designed toachieve steady progress in the farmland, and to solve the problem of the weedingequipment in the farmland.
