1、摘要车辆是人们衣食住行的一个主要重要环节,近些年随着汽车的普及,车辆已经成为了一种代步的工具,人们对汽车的追求已经不再是仅仅好看、大气以及奢饰,而是更加追求内在的性能、安全、舒适等。特别是目前随着车辆的增加、速度的提高等,都使得人民对汽车的安全性能不断地重视起来,对车辆的制动、安全等性能提出了更高的要求。在目前环保、能源的压力下,电动汽车的应用也不断推广,本次毕业设计研究的就是小型电动汽车E100的盘式制动,由于是小型车,所以对制动性能以及制动的过程等要求更高。以确保车轮在速度变化、停放的时候制动系统能够稳定的工作。在本次毕业设计中,首先明确了本次毕业设计的目的和意义。然后分析了制动器的发展历
2、史以及常见的形式,同时针对制动器的特点以及本次设计所选择车型的特点,选择合适的制动器。在制动器的设计中,根据基本的参数对制动器的主要参数进行了设计计算,对主要的零部件进行了计算选择。最后还对制动器的关键性能进行了计算校核,以确定所设计制动器能够满足使用要求。最后对本次设计编写了设计说明书,并绘制了 CAD图纸。关键词:小型车;盘式制动;设计计算AbstractVehicle is an important part of peoples clothing, food, housing and transportation.In recent years, with the popularity
