1、多方案轴系结构实验装置的设计摘要:轴系结构作为机械传动中常见的也是不可或缺的一部分,其传动特性以及之中相关零部件是如何进行配合的研究具有重大的理论意义以及实践意义。轴系结构我们常见的是在减速器里,通过不同类型的齿轮和轴承的组合传动来传递转矩,以达到对原动机进行减速的目的。对于我们学习机械的同学来说,了解轴系结构的传动原理及齿轮与轴承的组合传动特性对于我们学习机械设计的相关知识有非常大的帮助。鉴于本科阶段的实验方案和方式存在着一些内容单一、操作复杂繁琐、不便于同学们理解等问题,为了更好的进行相关的实验,我设计了一套结合了多种传动方案的轴系结构传动实验装置。该实脸装置包含了多种组合传动方案(如:两
2、直齿轮啮合、两斜齿轮啮合、两圆锥齿轮啮合、蜗轮蜗杆传动等),本科实验装置中的方案往往只采用了一种或两种进行组合,我设计的实险装置至少包含了四种以上的传动方案,只需要同学们进行同一组实脸便可以了解轴系结构是如何传动的,更方便同学们进行创新性的方案设计,以解决轴承类型选择、轴上零件定位紧固、轴承安装与调节、涧滑及密封等问题。为了更直观反映各零部件间是如何组合传动的,我还设计了透明的箱体结构,该箱体结构不仅透明而且可拆卸,使得在同一实验箱里便可以实现多种方案的组合。关键词:轴系结构;实验装置;组合传动方案;箱体结构Design of multi-scheme shafting structure e

6、ssion experimental equipment that combined a varietyof transmission schemes in order to better carry out relevant experiments.This experimental device includes a variety of combination scheme (such as: two straight gear meshing, two helical gear meshing, two cone gear mesh, wonn gear and worm drive,
