1、苹果采摘装置属于农业设备,主要对人手不易采摘的高处的苹果进行采摘。本设备采用半机械式,将机械手与人手相结合,降低了单一人工采摘对劳动力的需求,同时提高了采摘效率。目前苹果采摘主要靠人工采摘和机器采摘,人工采摘浪费人力和时间,机器采摘成本高昂,易损伤苹果,所以本设备在市场上有需求。本文介绍了题目的研究背景和意义,论述了苹果采摘设备在国内外的发展 状况,阐述了本次设计研究的内容及方法。本次设计的主要内容是苹果采摘装置的总体方案以及装置的主要组成部分可穿戴装置、夹紧与传动装置、定位与切割装置的结构设计以及三位模型设计。本设计的可穿戴装置由平行四边形机构组成,可模拟人的手臂运动,运用背包式结构将平行四
2、边形机构一端的短杆固定,气弹簧一端固定在上臂杆处,一端固定在腰上,本设计可实现装置的重力都由气弹簧承载,人的手臂不用受力,达到省力的目的。夹紧装置由剪刀机构组成。传动装置采用车闸,手握住闸的手柄,剪刀机构的两根杆相对运动,实现对苹果的夹紧。定位装置将苹果固定,切割刀将苹果柄切断。本设计充分考虑了装置的工艺性、合理性和经济性,设计过程参照了机械设计的基本原理,同时借鉴了其它机械的设计方法。本次设计的装置具有成本低、安装维修方便等特点。本装置适用于苹果直径40-90mm,最大采摘高度3.5米。关键词:苹果采摘;可穿戴;气弹簧;剪刀机构IAbstractThe utility model relat
