1、带式输送机结构设计Structural Design of Belt Conveyor摘要带式输送机已然成为我们当今生产生活中必备的运输机械,因其输送量大、距离长、结构简单、工作平稳等优点,得到了很多行业的青睐,被广泛的应用于各种工作环境。因此,对带式输送机的结构进行设计能够很好地锻炼我对带式输送机的设计能力,通过补充自身知识的欠缺进而形成更广的知识框架。本次设计首先介绍了带式输送机的发展背景和现代带式输送机的关键技术领域,以及根据带式输送机的组成和原理进行合理布置方式的选择。其次就是对带式输送机的重要部件进行设计:对输送带、减速器进行设计、计算和校核,以及电动机、传动滚筒、托辑等部件的分析与
2、选型。最后对此次的设计过程进行了总结。在当代,我国所拥有的现代带式输送机的关键技术与国外相比仍有差距,不仅与研究技术的成熟程度有关,也受其制造水平等其他相关领域的影响。我们要意识到自己的不足之处,争取获得关键技术领域的突破发展。关键词:带式输送机 结构设计 选型AbstractBelt conveyor has become the necessary transportation machinery in our productionand life. This design first introduces the developmentbackground of the belt conveyor and the key technical fields of the modern belt conveyor, aswell as the selection of reasonable layout mode according to the composition and principleof the belt conveyor. 5、nveyor are designed: thedesign and calculation of the conveyor belt and reducer, as well as the analysis and selectionof the motor, transmission drum, idler and other parts. 6、 compared with foreign countries, not only related to the maturity of researchtechnology, but also affected by its manufacturing level and other related fields.
