1、毕业设计中文摘要6BH-400核桃破壳机的设计摘要核桃是重要的坚果,具有很高的经济效益。但是由于核桃果壳较为坚硬、内部结构复杂,一般无法直接用手进行破壳,而需要借助一些其他工具进行破壳,在市场上虽有一些简单的破壳设备,但是受品种、加工规模、含水率等的影响,并不能很好的适用于其他地方。本文仅针对一定直径范围内的核桃,经过计算其受力,在一定产量的条件下,设计出了一种核桃破壳机,对于其中的工作构件进行了校核计算。论文分为以下几部分,首先介绍了该破壳机的工作原理和总体的设计思路,该机器包括分批入料装置、破壳装置、传动装置及原动机四大部分。分批入料装置是通过凸轮机构的间歇运动带动下端挡板往复运动以实现分
2、批入料,根据产量要求计算得入料口下端尺寸为200mmX30mm。破壳装置是通过破壳手与辅助手的挤压以达到破壳,根据其产量定出了挤压板材的尺寸300mmX300mm,根据材料力学计算出其挠度为0.024mm,转角为0.0001 rad,可知变形不影响机构运动。传动部分是利用减速器使得转速能够达到所需要求10r/min,以此驱动凸轮机构转动,驱动破壳手的破壳凸轮机构与驱动挡板的分批入料凸轮机构均选用沟槽凸轮,三条凸轮实际廓线的基圆半径分别为100mm、80mm、60mm,两个凸轮的升程为15mm和30nlm,并且经传动比计算选择TZSU2同轴式圆柱齿轮减速器。根据功率计算选择原动机型号为Y80M2
