1、SJ005-1题目:90度转弯机摘要本文设计了一种90转弯皮带机,该机器能快速实现货物改变方向,快速转移。90转弯皮带机设置有独立的电机作为原动件,电机通过v带传动装置、减速器、链传动装置将动力和运动传递给传送带的驱动滚筒,驱动滚筒与皮带之间利用摩擦力传动,实现皮带的循环运转,并且在传送带部分还设有张紧装置、导向装置,张紧装置用于张紧皮带,使皮带和驱动滚筒之间有足够的摩擦力,导向装置起到导向的作用,保证传送带平稳地沿预定的90设定轨迹运转。其中v带传动装置是第一级减速装置,减速器是第二级减速装置,这两部分减速装置同时使用,保证传送带的运转有足够的动力,链传动装置不起减速的作用,只起到改变方向的
