1、多旋翼植保无人机结构设计与优化摘要植保无人机作为农业现代化的重要组成部分,由于其在农作物防害方面省时省工、省水省药、雾化程度高、打药更均匀、适合多种地形等优点,现已成为我国乃至世界上农业保护领域重要手段之一。本文通过调研和分析现有植保无人机结构以及功能的基础上,以大疆植保无人机T20为原型进行设计一款新的植保无人机。本文主要工作有:分析现有植保无人机工作原理以及结构和功能,在此基础上构建植保无人机三维模型,本文通过分析选用四旋翼植保无人机结构,在此基础上进行下一步分析和设计。植保无人机通过螺旋桨提供升力和动力,其作为植保无人机能够实现其功能性能的最重要组成部分之一,因此本文通过建立三维螺旋桨的
2、基础上,通过Fluent对其进行流场分析,计算机翼在最大转速下提供的升力,保证其可以实现飞行。植保无人机起落架不仅要选材轻盈,同时在降落过程中又要满足其强度要求,因此本文在考虑整体结构尺寸的基础上对植保无人机起落架进行建模,同时通导入Ansysworkbench软件中进行强度分析,确保其在满足强度的要求下,尽可能的减小其重量。喷泗系统是植保无人机的执行机构,其直接决定着喷洒效果的好坏,本文通过设计喷泗系统,使其满足穿透力强,雾化效果好等优点,同时对其喷杆进行模态分析,分析螺旋桨激振频率和喷杆固有频率。关键词:四旋翼植保无人机,螺旋桨,起落架,喷泗系统AbstractAs an importan
