1、毕业论文(设计)题 目:侧倾式自卸半挂车液压举升系统设计学 院: 汽车工程学院专业班级:姓 名:学 号:指导教师:职 称:摘要侧翻自卸车是利用厢体底部车架上并排多级液压缸同时作用于厢体底部支座,将厢体向侧面反转来实现松散物料的倾卸。通过改变厢体底部两侧的锁紧销,可以实现厢体左右两侧倾翻卸料,特别适合于厢体长度较长的单车及半挂类车辆。本文主要研究自卸半挂车工作执行器液压系统的设计。根据调研确定侧倾式自卸半挂车设计参数,要求对比同类车型调研,收集相关资料,确定车厢结构、尺寸,安装要求。解决设计车厢举升机构,举升机构原理,最大油缸力计算,正确选用油缸型号等问题。车厢举升运动分析包括考虑自卸车厢体、举
2、升油缸与底盘安装要求。通过计算具体参数和分析工作条件,制定总体控制方案。通过比较方案绘制液压控制系统的相关图纸。自卸半挂车工作装置及相关领域的液压系统研究具有积极意义。关键词:侧倾;自卸半挂;液压系统;AbstractThe side dump truck utilizes the multi-stage hydraulic cylinders on the bottomframe of the box body to act simultaneously on the bottom support of the box body,The box body is reversed to the
