1、青岛大学硕士学位论文煤浆法烟气脱硫添加剂的研究姓名:姜阳申请学位级别:硕士专业:环境科学指导教师:孙文寿20090606摘要煤浆法烟气脱硫是以煤浆洗涤含二氧化硫的1气。二氧化硫溶于浆液形成亚硫酸,煤中黄铁矿与亚硫酸、氧气发生反应,亚硫酸被氧化为硫酸,从而实现烟气脱硫;反应过程中,煤中的黄铁矿硫也被转化为硫酸而浸出,故此法可同时降低煤系黄铁矿硫含量。反应产生的亚铁离子和铁离子又对二氧化硫的氧化反应起到了催化剂的作用。在脱硫工艺中,利用添加剂可提高脱硫剂的脱硫性能,提高烟气脱硫效率,降低脱硫系统投资与运行费。本研究以鼓泡反应器等为实验设备,以N2. O2和S02气体模拟烟气进行实验测定。考察添加剂
2、对煤浆法烟气脱硫率、pH以及黄铁矿浸出的影响。分别在高硫原煤浆液及煤泥浆液中添加A、B、C三种不同性质的物质作为添加剂,实验考察了其对烟气脱硫率和煤系黄铁矿浸出率的影响。随着脱硫反应的进行,脱硫率、浆液pH值不断降低,浆液铁浸出率逐渐升高。加入添加剂的浆液在实验结束时pH值比没有加入添加剂的浆液低,原因可能是由于添加剂提高了脱硫率,浆液中H+浓度增大所致。实验表明,添加剂A可以提高烟气脱硫率,但对pH及铁浸出率的影响不明显。添加剂B对烟气脱硫率的提高非常明显,在较低的添加浓度下,脱硫率仍保持在90%左右。添加剂B虽然可以提高铁浸出率,但提高幅度不大。添加剂C不仅能够提高烟气脱硫率,且能有效地提
3、高煤系黄铁矿浸出率,是一种较为合适的添加剂。添加剂在高硫原煤及煤泥浆液中的添加效果相差不大。结合实验结果,分析认为添加剂强化脱硫的机理是:添加剂在脱硫浆液中形成的离子本身具有催化作用,添加剂中的成分与煤中黄铁矿浸出的铁离子可能发生协同作用。关键词:烟气脱硫;煤浆;液相催化氧化:添加剂AbstractCoal slurry flue gas desulphurization (FGD) based on aqueous catalyzed oxidation,is a method which removes SO: from flue gas with coal slurry as scrub
