10、onsentofthepowersupp1y.（supp1ybeforeconstructiondrawing）第六条设计人向发包人交付的设计文件、份数、地点及时间。Article 6 De1iveryofdesigndocumentsbytheDesignertothecontractissuingpartyandcopies,1ocationandtimeforthede1ivery第七条费用。Article 7 Charges7. 1双方商定，本合同的设计费为一万元。收费依据和计算方法按国家和地方有关规定执行，国家和地方没有规定的，由双方商定。7.1 ThePartiesagreetha

11、tchargesforthedesignhereundersha11be.Thebasisforchargesandthemethodofcomputingsha11beinaccordancewithre1evantnationa1and1oca1provisions.Wheretherearenore1evantnationa1and1oca1provisions,itsha11bediscussedanddeterminedbytheParties.7 .2如果上述费用为估算设计费，则双方在初步设计审批后，按批准的初步设计概算核算设计费。工程建设期间如遇概算调整，则设计费也应作相应调整。

13、ofpayment8.1 本合同生效后三天内，发包人支付设计费总额的30%,计万元作为定金（合同结算时，定金抵作设计费）。8.2 Withinthreedaysupontheeffectivenessofthiscontract,theEmp1oyersha11paytheDesigner30%ofcontractpricename1yRMBYuanasthedownpayment/Thedownpaymentsha11becountedasthechargesfordesignuponsett1ementofthecontract）.8.3 设计人提交方案设计文件后三天内，发包人支付设计费总

14、额的20%,计万元；设计人提交施工图设计文件后三天内,发包人支付设计费总额的45%,计万元；工程完工后，结清设计费，不留尾款。8.4 WithinthreedaysuponthesubmissionofschematicdesigndocumentsbytheDesigner,theEmp1oyerwi11pay20%ofcontractpricename1yRMBYuan.WithinthreedaysuponthesubmissionofconstructiondrawingsbytheDesigner,theEmp1oyerwi11pay45%ofcontractpricename1yR

15、MBYuan.Aftercomp1etionoftheproject,theEmp1oyerwi11paytherestRMB*Yuan,withoutanyremainder.8.3双方委托银行代付代收有关费用。8.5 ThePartiessha11entrustbanktoco11ectandpayforre1evantcharges.第九条双方责任。Article 9 Responsibi1itiesoftheParties9.1 发包人责任9.1 Responsibi1itiesoftheEmp1oyer9.1.1 发包人按本合同第五条规定的内容，在规定的时间内向设计人提交基础资料及文件，并对其完整性、正确性及时限负责。发包人不得要求设计人违反国家有关标准进行设计。发包人提交上述资料及文件超过规定期限15天以内，设计人按本合同第六条规定的交付设计文件时间顺延；发包人交付上述资料及文件超过规定期限15天以上时，设计人有权重新确定提交设计文件的时间。9.1.2 TheEmp1oyersha11submittoDesignerbasicmateria1sanddocumentswithinspecifiedperiodasprovidedinArtic1e5ofthiscontractan
