We create a Face Model with these points andmerge it to a volume model. The same we did with the 2D-drawing

You could use the Stock Model to create the Flatview (red) andK7u-ucopy the remaining drawing (blue) as sketch from ME10. The left blue view is only to control the producedpart, you cant get it from the model.
