1、论文题目鲜莲子去芯机的设计摘要莲子去芯是莲子制作过程中重要的一环,由于新鲜莲子去芯机械化设备的缺乏和人工费用的不断增加,制约着莲子产业的发展,因此设计一台全自动的新鲜莲子去芯机的设计与研究很有意义。本论文设计的鲜莲子去芯机原理上模仿人工去芯的动作和方式把机器设计成三个功能模块,分别是定向送料模块,排序换向模块和夹紧去芯模块。定向送料模块利用链传动和送料槽模实现莲子的定量送料、利用一个筛料筒对莲子的大小进行分级,利用定向机构实现莲子的定向输送。排序换向模块是利用工业相机对莲子的头部和尾部进行识别,然后控制装置根据识别的信息控制步进电机驱动排序轮对莲子进行排序。莲子经过分别掉入换向管和正向管,掉入
2、换向管的莲子通过槽轮机构和换向轮实现换向。夹紧去芯模块是通过由曲柄、连杆、滑块的组合而成机构实现夹紧与去芯的顺序动作。本论文完成了从原理方案设计到结构设计最后到运动仿真的整个设计过程。本设计的不足在于机器的传动和整体结构较为复杂,制造成本较高,稳定性较差。如要投入生产还有进一步修改和完善。关键词:莲子去芯;结构设计;运动仿真;IFresh lotus seeds to the core machine designAbstractLotus seed coring is an important part in the process of lotus seed production. The
3、 lack offresh lotus seed coring mechanization equipment and the increasing labor costs restrict thedevelopment of lotus seed industry. Therefore, the design and research of a fully automaticfresh lotus seed coring machine is of great significance.The fresh lotus seed coring machine designed in this
4、paper imitates the action and way ofmanual coring in principle. The machine is designed into three functional modules: directionalfeeding module, sequencing reversing module and clamping coring module. Directionalfeeding module realizes the quantitative feeding of lotus seeds by chain drive and feed
5、ingtrough mould, classifies the size of lotus seeds by a sieve cylinder, and realizes the directionaltransmission of lotus seeds by directional mechanism. The sorting and reversing module usesindustrial cameras to identify the head and tail of lotus seeds, and then the control devicecontrols the ste
6、p motor to drive the sorting wheel to sort the lotus seeds according to theidentified information. The lotus seed falls into the reversing tube and the forward tuberespectively, and the lotus seed falls into the reversing tube realizes the reversing through thegroove wheel mechanism and the reversin
7、g wheel. The clamping and coring module iscomposed of crank, connecting rod and slider to realize the sequential action of clamping andcoring. This paper completes the whole design process from the principle scheme design to thestructure design and finally to the motion simulation.The shortcoming of
