1、TD315胶带斗式提升机设计TD315 BELT BUCKET ELEVATOR DESIGN摘要斗式机是用固接着一系列料斗的牵引力(胶带或链条)环绕它的上驱动滚筒或链轮,上下张紧滚筒或链轮构成具有上升分支和下降分支的闭合之路。本次设计,对斗式机主要组成部件进行设计,主要包括牵引构件、料斗、驱动装置、滚筒、机壳等。根据已给的数据,首先进行确定斗式机进料方式,先设定滚筒直径,在进行校核,确定滚筒直径,进而确定方式。就是这样一步一步的递进设计计算。最终要设计出来的内容:料斗外形尺寸、连接方式、斗的个数、传送带的长度、强度校核等、驱动装置等其它部件。本次设计出TD315斗式机能够满足运输量。因为斗式
2、机现在国民经济的各个部门中得到广泛的应用,已经遍及各行各业,如粮食、化工、轻纺、食品等许多部门,而且现在斗式机具有在提升高度确定后输送路线最短,结构简单紧凑,横截面外形尺寸小,可显著节省占地面积,有罩壳封闭,不扬灰尘,有良好的密封性,可以避免污染环境等优点,所以斗式机在在生产中很重要,对斗式机设计是有必要的。关键词斗式提升机;料斗;驱动装置;牵引件AbstractThrough Bucket type machine is fixed and a series of hopper traction belt or chainaround the driving drum or sprocket
