1、竹筷成型机设计摘要筷子的制作具有很强的传承性和灵活性，手工制作是它的基本特征。人的设计活动将涉及到人与自然关系中的四个要素，周礼考工记载：“天有时，地有气，材有美,工有巧，合此四者; 然后为良。材美工巧，然而不良，则不时，不得地气也”。1即是说工巧的人能掌握天时的变化，地理环境的不同，利用上等的美材，精巧的工艺，制作出精美的器物。因筷子作品技艺是手工技艺，工具在其创造中是不可缺少的。餐饮业的“火爆”也带动了相关行业的发展，其一次性筷子就是其衍生的一个产物。从上个世纪90年代初开始，在人们的印象中，方便、卫生、“便宜”已成为一次性筷子的代名词。因此，一次性筷子很受就餐者和饭店的青睐，成为大众生活

13、绪论1.1 课题背景与意义随着我国国民经济稳定快速增长，居民的收入水平提高，过去以在家就餐、请客为主的传统习惯正在逐渐被打破，人们“下馆子”的频率呈现出快速增长趋势。据有关部门调查显示，2005年，我国餐饮业零售额累计实现8800亿元同比增长18%, 2006年可突破10000亿元大关。餐饮业的“火爆”也带动了相关行业的发展，其一次性筷子就是其衍生的一个产物。从上个世纪90年代初开始，在人们的印象中，方便、卫生、“便宜”已成为一次性筷子的代名词。因此，一次性筷子很受就餐者和饭店的青睐，成为大众生活中不可或缺的2一部分。一次性筷子，给就餐者的感觉是方便卫生；对饭店讲是方便“便宜”又省事，特别是当

14、饭店有偿提供一次性竹木筷时，可为饭店带来超过200%的“暴利”；对生产一次性竹木筷的企业来讲，原材料来得容易，多为不计成本生产，以微利竞争进行销售,因为这个市场太大了。但时到今日我们共同认识到一个问题，一次性竹木筷是一把双刃剑。它为人们带来方便的同时也为人们生存的环境和自身的健康问题带来了极大危害。我们首先来看看一次性餐具用品中仅竹木筷子一项给我国森林资源带来怎样的危害。据有关部门统计显示：我国目前的森林覆盖面积是1.34亿公顷，占国土面积的14%左右，由于林木的快速砍伐使一些地区土地资源不断呈现荒漠化，生态环境破坏严重。林木资源的生长周期与砍伐速度对于我国来讲是毁灭性的，而我国现在每年一次性

15、竹木筷子的生产量约为450亿双，需要耗费木材166万立方米，砍伐大约2500万棵成树。以50棵树木为一亩换算，我国一年仅在一次性竹木筷子的生产上就要消耗掉50万亩的森林资源，按照这个速度计算在不久的将来将要失去我们赖以生存的森林资源。作为一次性竹木筷子的发明者邻国日本，森林覆盖率高达69%,他们却明令禁止使用本国的林木加工一次性筷子。日本一次性竹木筷子全年消耗量大约在257亿双，每年从中国进口超过100亿双。可怕的对比，该是叫停的时候了中国的饮食文化源远流长，筷子是中华饮食文化的浓缩代表，古往今来不乏用金银、象牙、陶瓷、红木等精贵材质制成的筷子,并辅以雕刻、镶嵌、绘画等繁复的工艺。可相形见细的一次性竹木筷子，为何能够兴盛不衰呢？理由无外乎人们主观的认为它方便、卫生、“便宜”。在很多人眼中，“卫生筷”是一次性竹木筷子的别称。按理解推论，它在防止传染病，交叉感染上可有作用。然而，“卫生筷”真的卫生吗？ 2005年国家质检总局在全国范围内对一次性竹木筷子等餐具进行明察暗访，其结果令人担忧，一次性竹木筷普遍存在着诸多安全卫生隐患。如何有效的进行竹木筷的生产，并且提高生产效率
