1、往复式压缩机不同排气阀片厚度的结构建模与仿真摘要我国人口众多,家电消费市场巨大,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,许多家庭的消费品也越来越高,对家用电器也提出了更高的要求,压缩机作为电冰箱的核心元件,其性能的好坏直接影响到产品的质量。当下,家电制造企业的技术人员仍然在不断推进往复式压缩机的就似乎革新,本次研究则根据这一技术趋势,尝试对往复式压缩机的舌簧阀的性能进行就,以此来提高制冷类家电的产品质量。研究中给出了明确的研究背景、意义,并对国内外在往复式压缩机、舌簧阀等方面的技术进展进行梳理;在此基础上,介绍了活塞式压缩机的基本结构、工作原理和阀门分类;介绍了管阀的工作和运动权利,分析了影响管阀工作的因
2、素;在此基础上,提出了一种新型的管阀式压缩机,流动机理方程和结构力学方程确定了液力偶合器的结构分析过程;搭建了压缩机气缸模型、吸气阀片处流动模型、吸气阀片处非定常流动模型、用Fluent软件对排气阀片流动模型和排气阀片非定常流模型进行了仿真,展开了吸气阀片性能分析,给出了相应的计算公式,对五组厚度分别为().1 mm、0.12mm、().15 mm 0.18 mm和().20 mm的吸气阀片进行了流动分析和强度分析,并对五组厚度分别为().1 mm 0.12 mm、0.15 mm、0.18 mm和().2()mm的吸气阀片进行了流场分析和强度分析,同时也展开了具有不同限位高度的排气阀组性能分析
