12、因此，平衡重式电动叉车运输要求相应的高效的运输组织系统。第二，强大的信息网络系统。及时、准确、充分的货运信息和运输车辆信息对于平衡重式电动叉车的运输组织是极其重要的。欧美发达国家的平衡重式电动叉车运输大多以internet、电子数据传输技术和全球定位系统等为依托建立了强大的信息网络系统，这是加强运输公司与客户之间的沟通、运输公司和车头业主之间的沟通和协调，实现统一指挥、统一调度的重要保障。第三，适宜的基础设施系统。平衡重式电动叉车对包括道路、桥涵、站场等在内的基础设施有一定的要求。目前我国东部发达地区和国内许多地区的干线公路等级都已经具备了平衡重式电动叉车的运输要求，但桥涵的标定高度和吨位还需要做出相应的调整，新的桥涵的建设标准也需要做出相应的调整，同时、还需要加强站场的规划建设。第四，合理的道路收费系统。平衡重式电动叉车运输具有节能和对公路损耗低的优点，因此，道路运输收费制度的设计中应该体现鼓励其发展的政策导向。
