1、受托装柜告知书委托方：受托方：今受 公司委托，将其部分产品代为装柜。因为此部分产品不属于受托方负责管辖的范围内，特出此告知书，以明确双方责任，便于事后追溯；告知内容如下：1 .此部分产品全权由委托方自行买卖流通，关于产品的合法性与合规性由委托方全权负责，委托方需确保此部分产品符合相关国家的法律规定，受托方不对此部分产品负任何法律责任。2 .关于此部分产品的装卸要求及其它要求，委托方需提前对受托方告知，并在双方充分沟通明确且达成一致后进行代装；若委托方未提出相关要求，受托方将进行正常装卸，并不对装卸后产品发生的任何问题负任何责任。3 .受托方会秉承良好的职业操守，为委托方进行代装；受托方不对产品
