1、I摘 要在自然界中有许多天然资源可以利用,柳树皮纤维尚未开发利用,通过化学脱胶法制取的柳树皮纤维,随着碱浓度不同,脱胶过程逐渐完全,一般 30 天左右能达到较好纤维制取效果,纤维细度越来越细,颜色呈白色。这种脱胶加工方法简单、对环境污染轻,经济效益高,可以用于纺织加工。目前国内外研究人员对柳树的研究大多集中在它的种植,大量的柳树没有被充分利用而浪费,可见对柳茎皮的研究很少,柳茎皮中含有大量的纤维,是优良的纺织原料,但在使用之前需对柳树茎皮进行脱胶,据相关文献报道柳皮纤维脱胶去除的果胶物质具有抗癌、保健等作用,而棉织物因自身的优点而深受消费者的睐,但棉织物织物整体风格、抗皱性差等缺点。本课题以综
2、合利用柳皮为前提对柳皮纤维进行精细化研究,对影响脱胶的工艺因素进行单因素实验研究,结合正交试验进行纤维的提取,将具有代表性纤维进行强力和细度等方面性能的测试分析。研究结果表明:从提取的稳定性考虑,柳树茎皮以碱的稀释液作为提取液,浴比为1:18,提取时间4,碱的浓度为18g/l工艺条件下,脱胶效果最好,断裂强力分析表明柳树茎皮纤维的强力和细度和桑皮强力和细度基本相同。关键词:柳树皮;脱胶;纤维;提取;细度;强力 AbstractThere are a lot of natural resources in the nature can take advantage of, willow bark
