RidingCrew9.随船船员(a) IntheeventthattheTugownerprovidesaRidingCrewfortheTow,suchcrewandtheir

9、suitabi1ityfortheworksha11beinthediscretionoftheTugowner.A11expensesforsuchpersonne1sha11befortheaccountoftheTugowner.(a)如果才灯轮船东在被拖物上配置随船船员,此项船员及其对工作的适应能力应由拖轮船东判定。这些人员的所有费用由拖轮船东负担。(b) Intheeventthatanypersonne1arep1acedonboardtheTowbytheHirera11expensesforsuchpersonne1wi11befortheaccountoftheHireran

10、dsuchpersonne1sha11beata11timesundertheordersoftheMasteroftheTugzbutsha11notbedeemedtobetheservantsoragentsoftheTugowner.(b)如果被拖物上的人员由租用人配置，则此项人员的所有费用由租用人负担。这些人员应始终听从拖轮船长的指挥，但不应视为拖轮船东的工作人员或其代理人。(c) TheRidingCrewsha11beprovidedattheHirersso1eexpensewithsuitab1eaccommodation,foodzfreshwater,1ifesaving

11、app1iancesanda11otherrequirementstocomp1yasnecessarywiththe1awandregu1ationsofthe1awoftheF1agoftheTugand/orTowandoftheStatesthroughtheterritoria1watersofwhichtheTugwi11passorenter.ItisarequirementthatmembersoftheRidingCrewprovidedbytheHirersha11beab1etospeakandundertheEng1ish1anguageoranyothermutua1

12、1anguage.(C)租用人应遵照拖轮/被拖物船旗国及拖轮将要通过或进入其水域的国家的法律和规章的规定，为随船船员提供合适的食宿、淡水、救生装备和一切必需品，其费用由租用人单方负担。租用人提供的随船船员须能说能懂英语或其他共同语言。10. TowingGearandUseofTowsGear10.拖航设备及被拖物上索具的使用(a) TheTugowneragreestoprovidefreeofcosttotheHirera11towinghawsers,brid1esandothertowinggearnorma11ycarriedonboardtheTugzforthepurposeof

13、thetowageorotherservicestobeprovidedunderthisAgreement.TheTowsha11beconnectedupinamannerwithinthediscretionoftheTugowner.(a)拖轮船东同意为执行本合同规定的拖航和其他服务而免费向租用人提供所有拖缆、龙须链和拖轮上通常携带的其他拖航用具。被拖物要按照拖轮船东自行决定的方法连接。(b) TheTugownermaymakereasonab1euseathisdiscretionoftheTowsgearzpower,anchors,anchorcab1es,radiozcomm

14、unicationandnavigationa1equipmentanda11otherappurtenancesfreeofcostduringandforthepurposesofthetowageorotherservicestobeprovidedunderthisAgreement.(b)拖轮船东在拖航期间为执行本合同所规定的拖航或其他服务，可自行决定免费合理使用被拖物上的索具、动力、锚、锚链、无线电、通讯和航海设备以及一切其他属具。11. PermitsandCertification11.许可证和证书(a) TheHirersha11arrangeathisowncostandp

15、rovidetotheTugownera11necessary1icenses,authorisationsandpermitsrequiredbytheTugandTowtoundertakeandcomp1etethecontractua1voyagetogetherwitha11necessarycertificationfortheTowtoenteror1eavea11oranyportsofca11orrefugeonthecontemp1atedvoyage.(a)租用人须免费向拖轮船东提供拖轮和被拖物为承担及完成合同航次所需要的一切执照、授权书和许可证以及被拖物在计划航程中进入

16、或离开一切挂靠港或避难港所需的证书。(b) Any1ossorexpenseincurredbytheTugownerbyreasonoftheHirersfai1uretocomp1ywiththisC1ausesha11bereimbursedbytheHirertotheTugownerandduringanyde1aycausedtherebytheTugownersha11receiveadditiona1compensationfromtheHirerattheTugsDe1ayPaymentratespecifiedinBox29.(b)由于租用人未执行本条款，使拖轮船东蒙受的任何损失或费用须由租用人补偿给拖轮船东，在由此造成的任何延误期间，租用人须按第29栏规定的拖轮延滞费率额外补偿给拖轮船东。12.
