10、rovisionsArticle 1 For the purpose of guaranteeing the safety and health of the working people, and the safe performance of the electric system and the equipments of electricity generation and distribution, by integrating the practical experience of the electricity production in many years, this reg

11、ulation has been drawn out.Every leader and cadre and electric worker of every unit must abide by this regulation strictly.Article 2 Everybody is responsible for working safety.
