1、设施园艺旋耕起垄机的设计与匹配研究Design and Matching Study of Rotary Tilling Ridger forFacility Agriculture2015年5月随着农业技术的发展,各种适用于温室大棚等以蔬菜生产为主的小型旋耕起垄机得到广泛推广并在设施农业中发挥着重要作用。本文主要以设施园艺用旋耕起垄机为研究对象,设计了能够与电动拖拉机配套的后置三点悬挂式旋耕起垄机,并对其动力性能进行理论分析和匹配试验研究。首先,通过实地调研并结合已有的旋耕起垄机样机,确定了整机方案,进行了旋耕起垄机刀辑的设计,包括耕幅、旋耕速比等参数的计算和关键部件的选型,刀帽的受力分析和
2、刀片的排布等。并完成关键部件和整机的建模和传动系统的选型。其次,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对旋耕刀片、起垄刀片进行了强度分析和校核,得到刀片应力集中的位置。通过建立旋耕刀馄一土壤模型,用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对旋耕刀辐切削土壤的作业过程进行仿真分析,得到旋耕刀馄切削土壤时功率和受力的变化情况。最后,在土槽试验台对样机进行试验,通过分析试验的数据,得出影响旋耕起垄机功耗的因素,主要包括耕深、前进速度和转速。在已有的电动拖拉机基础上进行旋耕起垄机与电动拖拉机空载时的匹配试验,试验结果表明,旋耕起垄机与电动拖拉机在转速和功率上可以实现匹配,同时验证了本文设计的旋耕起垄机的合理性。关键词:设
