1、中文摘要随着我国农业机构的调整和退耕还林还草生态工程的启动,优质牧草的种植面积不断扩大。优质苜蓿是伺料生产体系的重要组成部分,苜蓿产业化发展对于促进草食畜牧业发展、改善生态环境、发展低碳产业等方面都具有重要作用。当前我国苜蓿生产机械化整体水平低,收获损失大,致使苜蓿草产品品质低下,严重制约了苜蓿产业化的发展和规模的提升。特别是在西北地区,由于苜蓿多种植在山坡、丘陵地带,可以通过的地段狭窄,需要爬坡来完成切割压扁工作,故需要功率较大、外形尺寸较小,且具有爬坡功能的手扶自走式工作机械。本文对制动器的工作原理和制动器的结构分类做了介绍,并分析比较了鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的优缺点,随后提出了制动器设计
