1、安儿宁颗粒的体外抗菌、抗炎和免疫增强活性研究刘帆张颖颖侯林R285. 5 文献标志码 A 1001-0408 (2019) 16-2221-05DOI 10. 6039/j. issn. 1001-0408. 2019. 16. 12摘要目的:押价安儿宁颗粒的体外抗菌、抗炎和免疫增强活性。方法:采用微量稀释法检测安儿宁颗粒(1.562 5-100 mg/mL)对10种临床常见致病菌的抑制作用并计算其最低抑菌浓度(MIC);以1火264.7细胞(单核巨噬细胞)为对象,采用脂多糖(LPS)诱导建立细胞炎症模型,以MTT法考察安儿宁颗粒(0.312 520 mg/mL)对细胞增殖及其释放一氧化氮(N
2、O)的影响;以BALB/c小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞为对象,以MTT法考察安儿宁颗粒(0.312 520 mg/mL)对细胞增殖的影响。结果:安儿宁颗粒对表皮葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌的MIC均为6. 25 mg/mL,对变形杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、枯草芽苑杆菌和大肠埃希菌(标准菌株)的MIC均为12. 5 mg/mL,对铜绿假单胞菌、粪肠球菌、蜡样芽施杆菌的MIC均为25 mg/mL,对大肠埃希菌(临床分离菌株)、伤寒沙门菌的MIC均为50 mg/mLo与LPS模型组比较,安儿宁颗粒在0.312 5-1.25 mg/mL的剂量下能显著降低LPS诱导的RAW 264.7细胞中N0的释放(P0. 05);与空白对照
