1、自动分拣水果装置的设计毕业设计(论文)题 目:自动分拣水果装置的设计学 生:指导老师:系 别:专 业:班 级:学 号:自动分拣水果装置的设计摘 要水果产业作为我国种植业中的第三大产业,当前我国水果产量每年都在不断增加。而水果的分拣技术是水果产后处理的关键技术,水果自动分拣技术对提高我国水果的市场竞争力和利润水平具有重要的意义。目前我国的水果检测和分拣技术整体水平还比较落后,虽然最前沿的技术已经发展到可以利用神经网络以及图像识别来完成,但价格比较高昂,操作以及调试工作比较复杂,因此并不适用于中小型企业。本课题将研究怎么使用成本较低的硬件和软件系统,设计出一种水果自动分拣系统。本课题使用了 STM
2、32F103c8T6作为主控模块,进行一种自动分拣水果装置的设计。利用TCS34725传感器,完成对水果颜色进行采集。通过一种简易的水果分拣和大小检测装置,该装置实现了水果的自动分拣,并通过该装置上的传感器判断水果的大小。采集到的水果信息可以在LCD显示屏上显示,并通过蓝牙模块发送到手机端。经过测试可以验证,该系统能够实现对单种水果的自动分拣的任务,其优点是成本低、设计简单。关键词:水果分拣,TCS34725,颜色识别,STM32Design of automatic fruit sorting deviceAbstractFruit industry is the third largest

Although the most advanced technology has been developed to use neural networkand image recognition to complete, it is often expensive and complex to operate

This topic will studyhow to use the relatively low cost hardware and software system to design a fruit sortingsystem.This project uses stm32fl03c8t6 as the main control module to design an automatic fruitsorting device
6、. The color of fruit was collected by tcs34725 sensor. Through a simple fruitsorting and size detection device, the device realizes the automatic fruit sorting, and judges thesize of fruit through the sensor on the device. The collected fruit information can be displayedon the LCD screen and sent to
