3、考(FF)、盐酸环丙沙星(CIP)、盐酸林可霉素单水化合物(LCM)、盐酸强力霉素(DOX)、头抱嘎啜(EFT)、泰乐菌素(TYL)在土壤-叶用黄苣中的转运规律进行研究,以评价其环境风险。结果表明种植叶用葛苣的土壤中兽用抗生素降解速率明显高于无叶用黄苣组,暴露时间与抗生素残留量呈负相关;土壤中兽用抗生素初始含量越高,兽用抗生素降解越快,最易降解的是EFT,最难降解的是FF。叶用葛苣中兽用抗生素含量随暴露时间延长不断增加,除EFT外其他6种兽用抗生素有富集。SDZ、FF、CIP、LCM在叶用黄苣茎叶的转运能力和富集量大,在叶用黄苣中食用风险高,DOX和TYL在叶用黄苣中食用风险小。Key:兽药抗
