1、摘要为了分析带式干燥机气流分配室气流分布的均匀性,得到并改善气流流场的速度分布,本文以标准k-e两方程模型为基础,利用了流体动力学软件,总共计算了 6种情况下气流分配室的气流分配情况,重点考察扰流方式和出口数量对出口气流速度分布的影响。仿真分析结果表明:对于原气流分配室,气流在腔室内的流动不均匀,会在两侧形成严重的回流区。在z方向上0.1m处开始产生的回流区会堵塞其对应的出口,造成该区域出口速度减小,同时在流场区域的中部气流速度逐渐减小,在分配室尾部由于气体冲击壁面的作用,使得气流速度上升,因此原分配室模型的气流速度由入口到出口呈现先减小后增大的趋势;采用不同形状的扰流结构时,扰流效果也不一致
