1、摘 要本文先对XX省农产品“走出去”的现状进行了介绍,在此基础上写了 XX农产品的比较优势。然后在“一带一路”的倡议下提出XX省农产品机遇,通过平面和空间相结合,再到农产品企业的转型升级,后来又通过省内政府、企业、人才这三个方面写了“走出去”面临的困境。最后从国际和国内区域合作这两方面写了 XX省农产品“走出去”的战略定位与路径选择和对策建议。对于政府来说,建立统一的管理协调机制、完善保障机制、加强财税金融支持、加强基础设施建设和建立交通运输枢纽这些都是很有必要的;对于整个行业来说,加快合作园区建设与合作发展、建设XX省对外农业合作信息服务平台是非常强有力的措施;而对于企业来说,加强规划研究和
