1、BPR业务流程业务流程重组程建模随着我国加入WT0,国内企业面临的市场竞争将比往常更加猛烈。在 这种条件下，企业迫切需要提高企业的综合竞争能力。而业务流程重组是企 业改善管理、提高效益的有效途径。这一思想尽管已经出现了十余年，但迄 今还未形成一套成熟的理论与方法体系，仍处于起步阶段。对企业业务流程 重组的理论进行研究，有助于企业全面改进自身的管理，提高企业的综合竞 争力，使企业的效益产生飞跃式的提高。目前企业业务流程重组存在的要紧问题一方面在于缺乏对业务流程的定 量分析手段，关于流程的简化与集成没有现实可行的方法与工具。另一方 面，对流程进行建模与如何对已经建立的流程模型进行分析及应用的问题并

2、 没有很好的解决。本文试图从业务流程建模的角度出发，首先对业务流程的分解方法进行 了研究，给出了活动的表示方法。并研究了活动的分类、活动之间的关系等 内容。然后通过对Meta-Modeh UC矩阵、PERT图、GRAI、Petri网模型 等建模技术的研究与比较，分析了各类建模方法的特点及适用范围。由于这 些建模方法都来自其它领域，并非专为业务流程所设计，因此本文以Petri 网模型为例，对业务流程建模方法进行了改进研究。在此基础上，通过仿真 系统对业务流程模型进行仿真，在仿真过程中计算流程的各类参数，从而为 流程的简化与集成提供根据。最后，本文对仿确实运行管理与仿确实数据分 析进行了研究。为业

Under this kind of condition, enterprises need urgently to improve the comprehensive competitiveness. And it is the effective

4、way that enterprises improve management, increase the benefit of the business process reengineered, this thought, Though has already been presented more than ten years, is still at the starting stage so far, and have not been formed a ripe theory and method system yet. To study the theory of Busines

Improve synthesized competitiveness of enterprise , enable benefit of enterprises to improve at a leap type .At Present, the main problem of the enterprise business process reengineering, on one hand lie in lacking

6、 quantitative analysis means of business process, having no available methods to simplify and integrate the process. On the other hand, the problem to model the process and to analyses and use the existing model efficiently still existing.This paper attempt to proceed from angle of the business proc

7、ess modeling, first to study the method of resolving business process, present the expression method of the activity, and studied the contents of the classification of the activities, the relation between activities, etc. Then by studying and comparing of modeling technology, such as Meta-Model, UC

8、matrix, PERT chart, GRAI, Petri network model, etc, we can analyse the characteristics of various kinds of modeling methods and scope of application. Because the modeling methods all come from other fields, which are not designed for business process specially, this paper takes Petri network model a

9、s an example to improve the process modeling method of the business. On this basis, we carry on emulation to the process model of the business with the emulation system, calculate various kinds of parameters of the procedure in the course of emulation, thus offer basis on which procedure simplifies

10、and integrates. Finally, this paper has studied operation management and data analysis of emulation. 15、的飞跃卬。在我国BPR有很多译法：企业过程再工程、企业 过程重构、业务流程重组等。本文使用比较通用的业务流程重组这一译法。 BPR是一种全新的管理理念，是对“劳动分工论”与“科学管理思想”的挑战。1.1.1 时代的需要随着我国加入WTO,国内企业所面临的市场竞争也将比往常更加猛 烈，在这样的情况下，如何谋求自身的生存与进展，是每一个企业所不得不 思考的问题。在我国，由于企业的进展远远落后于西方工业发达国家，普遍面临资金 短缺、技术落后、人才匮乏的局面。我国加入WTo以后，国内企业已经开 始面临一个更加猛烈的市场竞争环境，这种竞争不仅来自国内，更来自世界 其它发达国家。因此，如何提高企业的竞争力，成为国内企业特别是作为国 民经济支柱的国有企业务必解决的问题。业务流程重组是90年代美国学者哈默首先提出的，目的在于使美国企 业能够在经济不景气的情况下通过重新构造企业内部流程，使企业的经营业 绩取得质的飞跃。由于资源的总量是有限的，因此企业所能占有的资源也是 有限度的，企业只有高效地利用它所占有的资源，充分发挥人的积极性与制 造性，对瞬息万变的市场环境做出迅速的反应，才能在猛烈的市场竞争中立 于不败之地，才能使企业能够进展壮大。而要做到这一点，企业就务必重新 思考其业务流程。企业业务流程重组
