1、噗来磷酸联合氟尿喀咤对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞生长的影响孙湘媛,施祖勇湖南省澧县人民医院药剂科摘要目的探讨噗来瞬酸与氟尿喀咤联合使用是否具有协同抗乳腺癌生长的 作用。方法 以乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7为研究对象,采用不同浓度的噗来磷酸和氟 尿喀咤处理MCF-7细胞,并用最佳浓度的噗来磷酸与氟尿喀咤联合处理,并设 立无药物处理为对照组,利用CCK-8方法检测各组细胞增殖率,Calcein-AM/PI 检测各组细胞凋亡率-结果CCK-8结果显示,与对照组相比,不同用药组对 MCF-7细胞的生长均有一定的抑制作用,且均有统计学意义(P0.05),其中, 氟尿喀咤贯序噗来磷酸组对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的生长抑制
2、作用最强; Calcein-AM/PI双染色法检测结果显示单药组凋亡率显著升高,噗来磷酸组对乳 腺癌MCF-7细胞的凋亡率达13.7%,氟尿喀咤组对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的凋亡率 区23.9%,差异均县有统计学意义(P0.05).其中,氟尿喀咤贯序噗来磷酸组对 乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的凋亡影响最大,高达52.9%。结论 噗来磷酸与氟尿喀咤联 合使用时具有协同抗肿瘤作用。关键词乳腺癌;联合用药;氟尿喀咤;噗来磷酸The growth effect of different combination ways of zoledronic acid with fluorouracilon MCF-7 br

4、ell line MCF-7 was used as the research object. The MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of zoledronic acid and fluorouracil. The optimal concentration of zoledronic acid and fluorouracil were combined to treat the cell line, and the drug-free group was control group. The cell prol
5、iferation rate was detected by CCK-8 method, and the apoptosis was detected by Calcein-AM/PI. Results CCK-8 results showed that compared with the control group, different drug groups had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of MCF-7 cells, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05
