1、优质护理在降低急诊小儿输液室的纠纷投诉率的临床应用摘要目的:探讨优质护理在降低急诊小儿输液室的纠纷投诉率的临床应用价值。方法:本研究于2009年2月2011年2月按照随机数字法将收治的92例急诊患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组在采取急诊静脉输液的基础上进行优质护理,而对照组患者则在静脉输液的基础上进行常规护理,比较两组患儿的静脉输液一次穿刺成功率及其投诉情况。结果:研究组中5岁以下和5岁以上的患儿静脉输液穿刺成功率均明显高于对照组(Y=8.73, P0.05) o研究组的投诉率明显低于对照组(f=6.42, P0.05) o结论:针对急诊输液患儿实施优质护理,可显著提高提高护理质量,提高
