Bothemp1oyerandemp1oyeesha11abidebythecontractandsha11refrainfromextending,revising,cance1ing,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutua1consent.2. Thecontractcanbeextended,revised,cance1edorterminatedwithmutua1consent

13、.Beforebothemp1oyerandemp1oyeehavereachedanagreement,thiscontractsha11bestrict1yobserved.3. Emp1oyerhastherighttocance1thecontractwithawrittennoticetotheemp1oyeeunderthefo11owingconditions:(1) Theemp1oyeedoesnotfu1fi11thecontractordoesnotfu1fi11thecontractob1igationsaccordingtothetermsstipu1ated,and

14、hasfai1edtoamendafterEmp1oyerhaspointeditout.(2) Accordingtothedoctor,sdiagnosis,theemp1oyeecannotresumenorma1workafteracontinued30-daysick1eave.(3) Theempoyeecannotprovidenecessarydocumenttoapp1yfortheWorkingPermit,ForeignExpertsCertificate,WorkingVisaandResidencePermit;ortheempoyeeisresponsib1efor

Theemp1oyeehastherighttocance1thecontractwithawrittennoticetotheemp1oyerunderthefo11owingconditions:(1) TheEmp1oyerhasnotprovidedtheemp1oyeewithnecessary1ivingandworkingconditionsasstipu1atedinthecontract.(2) Emp1oyerhasnotpaidtheemp1oyeeas
